Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq (Radiyallahu Anhu)

About this book

Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq (RA) was the first man to embrace Islam at the hands of the Messenger (PBUH). After accepting Islam himself, he strove day and night to spread its light everywhere. It was through his invitation that noble Companions such as Hazrat Uthman ibn Affan, Zubair ibn al-Awwam, Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas, Uthman ibn Maz'un, Talha ibn Ubaidullah, Abu Ubaidah ibn al-Jarrah and Abdur Rahman ibn Awf found the path to ultimate success. He gave away nearly all of his wealth and property for the cause of Islam. From the very beginning, in joy and sorrow, in happiness and pain, he stayed by the Messenger's side like a shadow. On the perilous journey of the Hijrah and in the lonely cave of Mount Thawr, he was the devoted companion of the Messenger (PBUH). After the Messenger's passing, he was chosen as the first Caliph. After the prophets and messengers, he was the greatest human being in the history of the world. Moreover, he was the honored father of Hazrat Aisha (RA), the beloved wife of the Messenger (PBUH).
