Delete your Khoshroz account
You can delete your account yourself at any time, in the Khoshroz Group app or on our website.
- Sign in with your phone number or email and password.
- Open "My account" and choose "Delete my account".
- Type your password and DELETE, then press the red button.
What is deleted
- Your name, phone number, email and password
- Your eBook access, subscriptions and reading progress
- Your saved address
Past book orders stay in our accounts records as required by law, but they are no longer linked to a login. A paid subscription is not refunded.
Cannot sign in? Email us from the address on your account and we will delete it within 7 days: khoshrozonline@gmail.com
